Update: Post-Audition Casting Call

We had a very successful audition day this past Saturday, January 17th! It was wonderful to see so much talent in person. However, with multiple projects in the works, we still have many roles left to fill.

If you couldn't make it on Saturday, you can still apply! We are accepting video submissions via the form below. We are looking for actors of all ages—both adults and children—but we have a specific main focus on filling roles for 7–15 year olds.

The Audition Video Instructions

"At GodZone Ministry, the safety and well-being of our youth is our highest priority. We are committed to maintaining a secure environment for your children. As part of this commitment, every adult associated with our productions must undergo and pass a comprehensive criminal background check."

IMPORTANT NOTE: GodZone Ministry is a Christian/Faith-based production company. Please ensure that your chosen monologue, story, or joke is "clean" (family-friendly) and appropriate for a faith-based audience.

  • Equipment & Quality:
    • Any Camera Works: You do not need professional equipment. A standard smartphone camera is perfectly acceptable.
    • Audio Check: Please make sure the audio is loud enough for us to hear you clearly. We are not concerned with "studio quality" video or sound—we just need to be able to see you and hear your performance without straining.
  • Background & Setup:
    • Please stand in front of a solid colored background. A blank wall or a hung sheet works perfectly.
    • Ensure the area behind you is free of clutter so the focus remains on you.
    • Record in landscape (horizontal) mode.
  • The Slate (Introduction):
    • Look directly into the camera lens.
    • Clearly state your Name, Age, and City of Residence.
  • The Performance:
    • Option A: Perform a 1-2 minute monologue of your choice (Comedic or Dramatic).
    • Option B: If you do not have a monologue prepared, you may tell a short story or a clean joke.
    • Note for parents of minors: We are looking for natural personality! It is okay if they simply tell us about their favorite hobby or a funny thing that happened at school.
